Refund policy

Our happiness guarantee

Every portrait is made to order from your own photo. If you are not happy with what you receive, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will either redo your portrait or give you a full refund.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you approved in your preview, send us a photo of the item and the packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you if you prefer.

Right of withdrawal

Because each portrait is a personalised product made to your specifications (your photo, chosen style and name), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started. This does not affect our happiness guarantee above or your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

You can cancel your order free of charge before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

Digital portraits

Digital files are delivered immediately after purchase. If there is a problem with your file, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

How to request a refund or reprint

Use our contact form with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the item. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
