What kind of photo should I upload?
A sharp photo where your pet's face is clearly visible, taken in good daylight. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid heavy filters, blur and photos where the face is hidden.
Can I see the portrait before I pay?
Yes. You can preview every style for free and only order when you love it.
Can I add my pet's name?
Yes, adding a name under the portrait is free. For memorial portraits we also add the years.
Can I put two pets in one portrait?
Not yet, but it's coming soon. Contact us and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Your portrait is printed at a partner studio close to you, which means faster delivery and a smaller footprint.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll redo your portrait or refund you.
Can I give a portrait as a gift?
Yes. Order it with the gift recipient's address, or buy a gift card so they can upload their own photo.
